There are 196 First Nations in this place called by some 'British Columbia', 'Canada'. Most people on First Nations territories are treatless. Even under olde tyme British law, most everybody not invited are trespassers. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THE WHITE GUYS HAVE IS THAT THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE THAT THEY DO NOT CONTROL THE AGENDA, THE LAND, THE TERRITORIES AND WATERS. If you want to have a successful negotiation you will need to start with the recognition of all of that. To be a zero sum negotiation, they (the white guys) all need to give you all of their keys. Too what? Too everything! Now, honest negotiations can start.
